of rooftop solar solutions across Odisha.
We provide end-to-end solar energy services including
consultation, design, installation, subsidy assistance,
and after-sales support.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business
Development Executive / Sales Executive to promote
and sell rooftop solar systems to residential,
commercial, and institutional customers.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about
renewable energy and capable of generating leads,
building customer relationships, and achieving sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential rooftop solar customers.

Conduct client meetings and explain solar solutions.

Perform preliminary site surveys.

Prepare quotations and proposals.

Coordinate with technical teams during project execution.

Guide customers regarding subsidy opportunities.

Maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
-
1–3 years experience in sales or business development.
-
Experience in rooftop solar sales is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel for client visits.

Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.

Valid driving license preferred.
Educational Qualification
-
10+2 / ITI / Diploma

Graduate candidates preferred
